Please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully before making a purchase.
a. Refund Requests: Customers may request a refund for eligible products under the following conditions:
1. The product received is damaged, defective, or not as described.
2. The wrong product was delivered.
b. Cancellation Requests: Customers may request the cancellation of their order before the products have been shipped. Please note that a cancellation request made after shipment will be treated as a refund request (see “Refunds” below).
a. Refunds: Customers can request a refund for eligible products within 15 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
b. Cancellations: Customers can request the cancellation of their order before the products have been shipped. If the products have already been shipped, the customer can request a refund.
a. For Electronics and Electrical Items: In addition to the general refund eligibility criteria, electronic and electrical items must be returned with all original accessories and packaging to be eligible for a refund.
b. Return requests should include 2-3 clear photographs of the item in question, adhering to the following guidelines:
1. 1-2 images showing the entire product.
2. 1-2 zoomed-in images focusing on the damaged/defective area for a clear depiction of the issue.
3. Each image file should not exceed 5 MB.
c. Our customer support team will assess the provided photographs to determine the eligibility for a refund.

a. Some items or services may be non-refundable. These include:
Downloadable or digital products.
Perishable goods.
Personalized or customized items.
Services that have been fully rendered or provided.
b. Any non-refundable items or services will be clearly stated on the product or service page.
a. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. The refund amount will be adjusted based on any applicable refund eligibility criteria.
b. For order cancellations, a deduction of 2.5% will be applied to cover payment gateway processing fees, subject to the refund eligibility criteria.
c. Refunds for eligible cancellations or returns will exclude any shipping or handling charges, which are non-refundable.
